A training course for newcomers in Erasmus+ project realisation, beginners in project planning and management in youth work and also for those who would like to get on board with Erasmus+ Programme, especially with youth exchange activities.

The training activity is especially designed for members of organisation, who have accreditation in the field of Erasmus+ in order to develop and lead quality youth exchange events connected to any of the 11 European Youth Goals.

AIM:
This training course is focusing on exploring and understanding the project management cycle within the youth field. The main aim is to provide youth workers with space and tools to discover Erasmus+ youth projects and to equip them with practical tools and methods to develop their own project ideas and understand how they become capable to manage a successful youth projects within the framework of Erasmus+ Programme.

The programme is designed to enable youth workers to develop and realise their youth exchange projects to be able to implement them after the course.

OBJECTIVES:
- To gain broader understanding about what project means and to increase understanding about project development and delivery in international youth work
- To raise awareness about Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme, especially youth exchanges
- To develop skills and competences for international educational project management in the field of youth
- To understand the concept of the European Youth Goals and to discover ways for actions within the framework of international youth work
- To prepare participants to create and manage their own youth exchanges as project managers, group leaders and facilitators
- To discover opportunities and support the development of new partnerships for youth exchanges

With this training course we seek to improve the level of competences and skills of youth workers, who are new in the field in order to improve the quality of their work in project management. We would like to increase their ability to work in the framework of the project management cycle and to promote international cooperation in the youth field by giving the possibility to participants to develop their own project ideas and the raise awareness of mobility activities offered by the Erasmus+ Programme.

IMPACT: 
Participants will be better equipped to design and deliver youth exchange ideas and so contribute to the actions taken towards the 11 European Youth Goals in the youth field.

After participation in this training course, participants will be able to work on the development of their own projects and to deliver high quality youth work.

METHODS: 
During the training methods of non-formal and informal education will be used, such as individual, pair and group work, creative workshops, theatre methods, simulation and situation games, problem solving and debate exercises, presentations and discussions, indoor and outdoor elements.

Tudatos Ifjúságért Alapítvány was established in 2015 as a voluntary organization in Hungary. It has many active members working with young people on different topics, such as human rights education, active citizenship and game based learning. The organisation aims to develop the key competencies, particularly the social and civic competences of young people, which are important in the modern world in order to actively affect positive change in our society. It believes that these knowledge, skills and attitudes are the basis for the support of integration of individuals into the community, active participation in public affairs and community development.

Costs

Participation fee

A participation contribution of €60 (€10/working day) per participant is expected to be paid as contribution.

Accommodation and food

Food and accommodation are fully covered by Erasmus+ Programme funding.

Travel reimbursement

Travel costs are determined by standards set strictly by Erasmus+ Programme. The maximum possible travel contribution for each person is as follows:

For travel distances between 100 and 499 KM: 180 EUR per participant.

For travel distances between 500 and 1999 KM: 275 EUR per participant.

For travel distances between 2000 and 2999 KM: 360 EUR per participant.

For travel distances between 3000 and 3999 KM: 530 EUR per participant.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
