"AWARE OF YOUR POTENTIAL?" Training Course on Coaching as a tool for professional and personal development
AWARE OF YOUR POTENTIAL is a 7-days training course in Seville (SPAIN). It will target adult education professionals that want to know more about Coaching and its applications in the fields of self-employment, job placement and start-up foundation.

DAY 1: 11/11/13
16.00–18.00:Introduction to Coaching approaches and applications (A.P.).
18.00–20.00: The learning process according to Neuro-Linguistic Programmation NLP (P.M.)
DAY 2:12/11/13
9.00–12.00: Coaching key elements for goal achievement (F.J. & P.M.).
12.00–14.00: Neuroscience applied to learning processes. The Emotional Intelligence approach (F.J.).
DAY 3:13/11/13
9.00–12.00: Communication and management skills from a Coaching approach(A.B.& F.J.)
12.00–14.00: Communication tools from NLP (A.B.)
DAY 4:14/11/13.
9.00–13.00: Working with emotions and beliefs from a Coaching Approach (A.P. & P.M.)
13.00–14.00: Emotional awareness and management from EI (P.M.)
DAY 5:15/11/13.
9.00–10.00. On-going training course evaluation (EFIC Team)
10.00–12.00. Self-awareness, personal development and creativity in adult learning from NLP (P.M.)
12.00–14.00. Group vs Team, group building and social skills from a Team Coaching approach (A.P.).
DAY 6:16/11/13.
9.00–11.00. Effective leadership and time management within staff meetings from a Team Coaching approach(A.P.)
11.00–14.00. Final training course assessment from both formal and no-formal approaches: questionnaires, blob trees, paintings and body sculptures (EFIC Team)
DAY 7:17/11/13.
9.00–13.00. Group debate on follow-up initiatives and general guidelines for an effective use of AWARE Webpage (EFIC Team).
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES(OUT OF TRAINING TIMETABLE)
DAY 2.
16.00-20.00. No-formal roundtable with professional coaches from Seville working in different Coaching areas of intervention.
DAY 3.
16.00–20.00.Ayuntamiento de Mairena de Aljarafe. Group meeting with local social workers: VET and support to social excluded target groups.
DAY 4.
16.00–20.00.Visit to Business and Economics School - Seville University.
