i-YES (innovation- Youth Employment Seminar)

Partnership-building Activity

16-20 October 2013 | Cercedilla (Madrid) en colaboración con la Comunidad de Madrid, Spain

Partner Building activity among European partners for the exchange of experiences from organizations that develop innovative projects related to employment and employability of youngsters.
The main aim of this seminar is to gather and share projects and innovative experiences that promote youth employment, so that we can take advantage of ideas, resources…coming from different contexts. In the actual context, it is important to analyze which are the characteristics and methodologies that facilitate youth employability. Even more, if they are related to youngsters with fewer opportunities. There are plenty of experiences trying to find innovative solutions to the actual problem of youth unemployment. 1. To exchange experiences among European organizations that are working in the development of new ways, original and creatives for the development of youth employment. 2. To compare the situations in each country and the strategies that are being developed to solve the problem of unemployment and improve the employability of the youngsters. 3. Analyze the possibility of establishing common projects that could promote youth mobility.
