PBA: Gender Perspectives in Europe

Partnership-building Activity

14-21 September 2013 | Yerevan, Armenia

The Partnership Building Activity will bring together 42 youth workers, experts and youth leaders from organisations based in EU, EECA, EFTA countries and Turkey interested in developing new projects and partnerships on the topic of Gender Equality.
The aim of our project is to bring together organisations and groups from Europe in order to enhance their cooperation in the field of gender and give them a platform to develop new projects and ideas within possibilities given under Youth in Action Programme. It will be a unique opportunity for participants coming from 30 different organisations based in different parts of Europe; Western Europe, Northern Europe, Southern Europe, Eastern Europe and Caucasus to share experiences of past projects on gender and exchange useful information, to acquire knowledge about possibilities of cooperation on gender issues across Europe and to develop new projects within Youth in Action Programme.

Costs

The Training Course will be implemented in the framework of EU Youth in Action Programme, the accommodation, food, visa fees and materials will be covered fully. Insurance is obligatory and should be arranged and covered by each participant. According to rules of Youth in Action programme, 70% of the travel expenses will be reimbursed to all participants after submitting necessary travel documents during the activity.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
