On the local and national level BINS has implemented a number of programmes with the aim of empowering young people for active participation in society and preparing them for future employment, through non-formal education and volunteering. The organisation has on-going local programme for youth where we work continuously on developing skills and competencies of young people, but also give them space to question their values and form attitudes about diverse groups in the society, thus preparing them for active citizens that are respecting differences and promoting inclusion
