Do you want to learn how to train people to be successful entrepreneurs? Do you want to help to reduce the unemployment in your country? Do you want to evoke the creative energy of individuals and use this potential for business development?
What is CEFE? It is methodology that stands for Competency based Economies through Formation of Entrepreneurs and represents an accumulation of instruments for entrepreneurship training combined with active and dynamic approach to work and methods of empirical learning in order to develop and improve managerial and individual skills. You as a participant: -will be future CEFE trainer and -will have a chance to be the ambassador, promoting and spreading the entrepreneurial spirit among young people, thus combating the problem of unemployment in your country among youth population. In addition you will be trained how to write project proposals in order to organize different trainings for empowerment of youth to be multipliers of European enterprising society. Association of Citizens "CEFE Macedonia" is non-partisan, non-governmental and non-profit association whose goal is to develop and implement training programs for youth and adults by world famous CEFE methodology, as well as offering expert services in education and advancement of business enterprises and personal entrepreneurial competencies. CEFE Macedonia is part of the Balkan CEFE network and part of CEFE International.
Due to achievement of this objectives:
1. Collect and process scientific and technical literature in the field of methodology for youth and adults training;
2. Organize professional meetings, conferences, seminars and other types of professional education in all areas;
3. Publish books and other publications about the methodology of training, in line with legal regulations;
4. Collaborate with state and private universities, other civic organizations in the country and abroad dealing with similar and complementary activities.

Costs

The participants pay 50 euro participation fee on the spot. 70% of the travel costs will be reimbursed according to the rules of the YIA Program. Board, lodging and all materials will be covered by the hosting organization CEFE Macedonia.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
