"JOURN@LISM 2DAY" is a new 7-day residential training course on Backpack Journalism (www.bpjournalism.eu) as a tool of activating young people, particularly with fewer opportunities. (e.g. unemployed young people).
The aim of the training course is to explore how Backpack Journalism (BPJ) can be used as a tool for social change and to inspire and motivate youth workers to use BPJ in their local youth work, as well as to equip them with knowledge and practical skills for BPJ. The program involves theoretical inputs and practical workshops, discussions, group processes and individual work. The training course has been funded through Youth in Action program, Action 4.3. Participating countries: Czech Republic (hosting), Slovenia, Poland, Netherlands, Spain, Italy

Costs

Accommodation and meals during the training course will be provided by the organizers. 70% of the travel costs of the participants will be refunded after the training course. There is a participation fee of 50 Euros.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
