The main objective of the training course “Empowering young jobseekers" is to develop competences of youth workers for empowering the young people in their countries easily to integrate into labor markets, to share best practices and to network.
What will be your benefits as a participant? -you will develop competences how to empower young job seekers with necessary skills and how to fight with unemployment in your country -You will be motivated to start to work constantly with the young people in your communities in developing their competences, increasing the self-confidence, mobility and volunteering among the unemployed and socially excluded groups -You will learn interesting carrier development tools, lifelong learning skills and how to increase labor market competitiveness -You will make new contacts with organizations from EU and SEE countries to create stronger partnerships for future projects in the European Context; -You will learn more about Erasmus+ program and opportunities for future projects -You will have the chance to share and exchange experiences regarding the youth unemployment in your respective countries The methodology of the project "Empowering young job seekers" is designed so as to facilitate the acquisition of skills and specific knowledge using non-formal education in the development of human personality and developing set of skills necessary for young people in everyday life. The Training Course is designed to be participatory, active and hands-on so that youth participants are actively engaged in the learning process, have the opportunity to practice and enhance new skills, and gain the self-confidence necessary to find and keep work. Through the use of a variety of activities, learner-centered teaching methods, the curriculum created for the aims of the project is to build on and enhance the participants’ existing knowledge and skills and provides the opportunity for practical experience in various workforce readiness topics. General methods - applicable in the training activity: • Pair share and pair work • Small and large group discussion • Small group work • Individual work • Role plays • Inner/Outer Circle • Case studies/ scenarios • Games • Brainstorming • Presentation • Panel discussion • Reflection activities - individual, guided, journal writing One part of the project is the e-learning platform. The aim of this e-learning platform will be to engage all participants in pre-realization activities where they will have a chance to get to know each other online before the start of the training, to learn how to define their targets, as well as to communicate after the training to exchange valuable info about follow up activities.

Center for sustainability and advanced education (CSAE) Bitola, R. Macedonia is an association of citizens formed on the basis of free cooperation of citizens for the accomplishment of their interests and beliefs that only over advanced education and comprehension our planet can become a better place for life of free individuals which care about the rest of the world.
CSAE has 32 members with different affinities beginning with education, sustainable development, human rights and democracy, entrepreneurship, peace building etc. Main field of work: education and sustainable development divided in several sub-sectors.
Our collaborators in the region are companies, vocational high schools and labor market specialists, where trough every day work we observe the gap it exists between supply and demand of quality young workers in the region.

Costs

70% of the travel costs will be reimbursed according to the rules of the YIA Program. Board, lodging and all materials will be covered by the hosting organization CSAE Macedonia. The participants will have to pay small participation fee – 20 euros for non EU countries and 30 euros for EU countries.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
