Training Course

20-27 April 2015 | Ełk, Poland

"Back to the Society"- TC based on street work base methodology, will be held in Ełk (Poland), from 20-27.04.2015. In our activities will participate street workers and volunteers- 26 people from 4 EU countries, including two trainers aged 22-45 years.
TC will be a place for youth workers to share their knowledge, experience, best practices, gain new skills, abilities and tie the thread cooperation with partner organizations for future initiatives in order to: - Improve the quality and effectiveness of their work; - Inclusion of young people excluded back into society; - Eliminate or reduce early school leaving by young people excluded; - To encourage young people excluded to participate in the program, as one of the possibilities include them to society. During our project, we will use the methods of work, based on the methodology of non-formal education, such as workshops, creative sessions, work in international teams, games and integration, intercultural evenings, meetings with experts. Thanks to our project participants increase their competencies and acquire new skills, which is key to influence the level of their work and to inspire further action.

Mateusz Górecki- international coach, trainer and coordinator. Has already implemented more than 80 projects in international level. Founder of Fundacja Młodzi dla Europy ("Youth for Europe"). Leads European mobility research among Erasmus+ program(Polish National Agency), working with the Kaminski Foundation, Schuman Foundation, and the business sector. Particularly interested in the activation of youth from rural areas, with fewer opportunities.


Michał Łebski- psychologist, teacher and trainer in the field of street based work. Creator of treatment programs with more than five years of experience working in disadvantaged environments as well as prisons and centers for the socially excluded (the homeless, dependent, etc.).
