TC for young people&youth leaders from Nordic countries, Baltic and V4 countries and Austria, interested in implementing Youth Exchanges within E+ Youth in Action. The training is to contribute to high quality Youth Exchanges and cooperation in the region
REGIONET is a training course for young people and youth leaders from Nordic countries, Baltic Area, Visegrad countries and Austria, interested in implementing Youth Exchanges in the frame of Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The aim of the training is to contribute to creating and developing high quality Youth Exchanges and to boost cooperation in the region. The training will take place in the days 27-31 October 2015 in Konstancin-Jeziorna nearby Warsaw, Poland. 27th and 31st are travel days and 28-30 October are to be 3 full working days. The idea is to commence and boost cooperation of young people from Nordic countries, Baltic Area, Visegrad countries and Austria by introducing them Youth Exchanges rules and encouraging them to work in international partnerships on Youth Exchanges so that after the training course they are ready to submit their projects to respective National Agencies. The objectives are: - to deliver knowledge about the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme idea, rules, priorities, target groups etc.; - to deliver practical knowledge of how to apply to the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme (registration, IT tools, e-forms etc.); - to deliver knowledge of idea, rules, aims etc. of Youth Exchanges; - to deliver information on planning and implementation of Youth Exchanges project; - to create space for building international partnerships; - to create space for sharing knowledge and exchanging experiences; - to plan future Youth Exchange projects. The course is aimed at participants who: - do not have any experience in implementing Youth Exchanges; - have possibility within their organisation and have decided to engage in international cooperation and are seriously interested in setting up Youth Exchanges after the course; - already have some ideas and potential partners to develop Youth Exchanges project; - are able to communicate and work in English; - are over 18 years old; - are resident of one of 14 countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Slovakia and Sweden.

Costs

This project is financed by the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, visa, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs involved in this project - except a participation fee which varies from call to call and country to country. Please contact your NA to learn more about the financial details, and how to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
