ToBeOf - To be or not to be... formal
Training Course
15-21 February 2016 | Badalona - Barcelona, Spain
This training aims at providing young volunteers or youth workers with previous experience in group leading with tools and methodologies useful for facilitating participation and involvement of young people in international mobility projects.
Training course will take place in Badalona (Spain) from 15th to 21st February 2016.
Participants will be given the opportunity to acquire skills in group management, conflict resolution and leadership, on the basis of training modules developed by experts following the observation of three international youth exchange held in 2015 in the frame of the project “ToBeOF”.
Non-formal educational approach will be used as methodology during the whole programme.
Participants’ profile
15 participants from the following countries will be involved: Hong Kong (1 participant), Kenya (1), Croatia (1), Portugal (1), Vietnam (2), Macedonia (2), Belgium (1), Italy (2) and Spain (4).
Participants should be young volunteers or youth workers with previous experience in group leading. Good knowledge of English is preferable.

Costs
Board, lodging and insurance
During the activity period, each participant will be provided with food and accommodation by hosting organisation. Insurance coverage will be arranged by InformaGiovani for each participant.
Travel and visa costs
Travel expenses will be covered by Erasmus+ programme up to:
• € 1.100,00 for participants coming from Hong Kong, Kenya, Vietnam
• € 530,00 for participants coming from Macedonia
• € 360,00 for participants from Belgium, Croatia, Italy
• € 275,00 for participants from Portugal.
It is not foreseen any reimbursement for travel expenses incurred by Spanish participants.
Visa costs are covered for Vietnamese and Kenyan participants up to € 100.
Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
