Training Course

17-23 May 2016 | Mollina, Malaga , Spain

Are you excited about supporting participant’s learning? Are you thinking of ways to improve your skills in facilitation? Do you want to understand challenging situations in group learning processes? Check out our Zoom In Training Course!
We believe in the fact that each group is different and this might be challenging. Different conflicts can occur and could lead towards an uncomfortable learning environment. To be a facilitator sometimes requires a lot from the person who is doing it. Trainings can take a lot of energy and it might be helpful to save up time for refreshment. The aim of "Zoom in TC" is to overcome on participants’ dilemmas, conflicts within or related to groups, and to reinforce the learning possibilities of each training situation by providing different techniques and methods. This training course deals with previous experiences when it was not easy to be facilitator and to turn it to a constructive learning experience. "Zoom in TC" is not an introductory overview about facilitating group learning procces thus invite facilitators, trainers with experience. Objectives: * to increase awareness about group dynamics and group learning processes  * to understand difficult situations and learn how to deal with them  * to provide tools for facilitation  * to support participants’ development as facilitators. Methodology: Zoom in is designed with non-formal education methods where active contribution of participants is encouraged. The TC will include a variety of tools about understanding and analyzing the role of the facilitator with participants´real case situations. Also it gives an opportunity for participants to get to know new tools to facilitate group learning processes and to learn from others. Main program elements: - Team-building activities - Role of the facilitator - Dealing with challenging situations - Group-learning processes - Competences of the facilitator - Sharing real cases - Specific tools and methods for facilitation
