FERSO (Poland) together with Cluj-Napoca Volunteer Centre (Romania) and Centrum Dobrovolnictva (Slovakia) invites you to a series of webinars focused on managing volunteers in the context of international volunteering programs, such as European Voluntary Service (EVS).
If you are a coordinator or a mentor already working with EVS volunteers, a representative of an organization newly accredited for EVS projects, or if you are just interested in knowing how it is to work with EVS volunteers these webinars are for you!
Based on our needs research done among organisations that deal with EVS volunteers, we selected for you 3 key topics in volunteer management that we will focus on:
1. Motivating EVS volunteers – what can I do as a coordinator? (Monday, 27 June, 16:00 – 17:15 EEST)
2. Conflicts in EVS (Monday, 4 July, 14:00-15:00 CEST)
3. Evaluation: the art of asking questions (Monday, 11 July, 16:00-17:30 CEST)
We invite you to attend all three webinars, participation in all of them being free of charge! If your time or the interest in the topics doesn’t match all three webinars, you can always attend just the one you feel more attracted to. The number of participants is limited to 20 for each webinar! To find out more information about the webinars and the registration procedure please check the attachment.
