Bridges Building–Fostering Dialogue is a training, which was developed as a module for youth workers/NGO leaders to help them to contribute in building strong civil society and to show the ways of realization of their projects on the practical level.
“Training Bridges Building – Fostering Dialogue” is a training course, which was developed as a module for youth workers/ NGO leaders to help them to answer their questions concerning the active participation and building the strong civil society and ways of realization of their projects on the practical level. We will approach the idea of civil society and the project management issues. We will work on case, examples and civil society in practice. Together, we will be working on improving the methods on how to motivate youngsters for participation in their community and beyond. Aim: This training course aim is to support the professional development of youth workers and NGO leaders and to raise the quality of their projects concerning the civil rights and active participation. Particular objectives:  pointing out the connection between citizenship, responsibility for one‘s immediate environment and society and active participation,  strengthening the role and impact of the civil society and new democratic mentality through developing the project management skills of youth workers and NGO leaders  Intercultural opening and co-operation of the participating organizations and countries  Development of professional and personal skills of the participating youth workers, equipping them with practical tools for their activities and initiatives • Profile of the Participants:  NGO leaders, project managers, youth workers, leaders  Able to work in English  Willing to share the new knowledge with the members of his/her organization once he/she gets back, act as multipliers  Able to attend the entire duration of the course  Motivated to take an active part in all the stages of the training course

Costs

Board and accommodation will be covered by the hosting organization. Participation fee: 50 Euro The travel costs will be reimbursed for the cheapest and direct way of transport and only under the condition that the participant will take part in the whole project. The travel costs will be reimbursed up to the followinf maximum amount: Russian Federation and Ukraine: up to 300 Euro Georgia: up to 400 Euro Armenia: up to 430 Euro Germany: up to 100 Euro Moldova and Belarus: up to 370 Euro
