Is your organization accredited as EVS organization and you don’t know how to find EVS partners? Are you a sending organization searching for good projects for your candidates or a host organization wishing to receive good and active volunteers?
Is your organization accredited as EVS organization and you don’t know how to find EVS partners? Does you organization struggle to apply with EVS projects and got financed? Are you a sending organization searching for good projects for your candidates or a host organization wishing to receive good and active volunteers? If you are an EVS sending/host/coordinating organization willing to count on involved and motivated partner(s) for future European volunteer projects, this contact making seminar is what you need. The contact making seminar YES for EVS aims to enhance the quality of EVS projects and it wants to provide a space for organizations to know each other as partners of future EVS projects, as well as to offer useful experiences for the implementation of an EVS project through the exchange of good practices. We will invite active EVS organization’s representatives to share their experiences, tips and advices for the participants. During the seminar, the participants will know better the profile and the way of working of the other organizations and they will be able to share good practice of their daily EVS work. The seminar also aims to improve the quality of the projects that has been realized by the project partners, but also to generate new project ideas and to develop joint solutions for different issues and problems. Thus, by participating to this seminar, participants will be able to strengthen the capacity of their organizations and to implement international projects with greater efficiency and effectiveness. This will improve communication and cooperation between organizations and new contacts will be established. Main objectives • To offer a meeting space for EVS accredited organizations to develop partnerships and afterwards to be able to submit good quality applications and effectively implement European Voluntary Service. • to provide a learning context for sharing knowledge and experiences between organizations and representatives involved in youth work developing voluntary activities. •To create a solid and active network of partners interesting in organizing EVS projects and to share common values and challenges within EVS volunteers preparation and support • To reflect on the roles, responsibilities and challenges within the EVS volunteer support system. • To raise awareness of the learning dimension in EVS and provide tools for learning support and personal development. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR PARTICIPANTS: • Te be active and motivated in the field of EVS as sending/hosting and coordinating mobilities • To have a low or no experience in implementing EVS projects • To be interested in improving the management EVS projects, especially volunteers’ support • To be able to to guide and support EVS volunteers while monitoring and evaluating through learning process for the whole duration of the EVS project • To be able to work and communicate in English

This project is financed by the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, visa, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs involved in this project - except a participation fee which varies from call to call and country to country.
