The training aims to build up capacity for social innovation by fostering self-learning processes in Non-formal education.
N.I.C.E Learning is a fresh approach to set a creative scenario to engage participants with Social innovation and Entrepreneurship. N.I.C.E - New Intervention with Creative Education is a fresh training scheme to Empower Youth Organizations and Erasmus+ Programme users. The European Union defined from the 2020 Strategy a need of an intelligent growth sustained in Erasmus+ Programme as key leader. N.I.C.E - New Intervention with Creative Education is a contribution Training Scheme to Support Erasmus+ Youth in order to empower young persons and Youth organizations to develop Erasmus + projects and promote the recognition of Non Formal Education and Its role in EU 2020 Strategy. N.I.C.E is Non Formal Education for Erasmus + Empowerment. The current proposal was defined after a strong SWOT analysis of Erasmus+ Programme and after designed with support of a SMART evaluation. The result of this creative process was the need to find answers and approaches in order to achieve Horizontal and Vertical strategies to truly empower the Erasmus+ training scheme. The N.I.C.E TC Concept brings innovation on the practice of Non Formal Education and present 3 Blocs of trainings that will empower the work of Youth Organizations on Erasmus+ Key Actions, on Non Formal Education and in the framework of 2020 Strategy main objectives. The all Training Course is a simulation process to develop a creative training process and address the training thematic on a very efficient and innovative way; N.I.C.E Learning Scenario The President of the Youth for Social Innovation Agency, YSIA, want to enforce the importance and the Role of Non Formal Education, as Social Innovation tool to fight Youth Unemployment and promote social entrepreneurship near their members. What is It NFE? What can be done to empower and How to define and Implement a Non Formal Education Action Plan? How perceive NFE as Social Innovation instrument? Are the main questions that need to be faced during this TC experience. The Board of “YSIA” (Trainers) with Experts from all over Europe (participants) will work together for 7 days in order to develop an Action Plan. President and Board of YSIA will only facilitate and not interfere in the out coming results of the TC. N.I.C.E Learning aims to: - Get Non Formal Education Awareness; - Define Non Formal Education and Erasmus+; - Understand Non Formal Education and Youthwork relation; - Define Recognition measures of Non Formal Education; - Drive Innovative models to promote Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship with NFE; - Recognition, Certification and Youthpass for Youth Employment; - Methodologies and Approaches on NFE; - Define innovative evaluations systems with NFE. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, visa, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs involved in this project - except a participation fee which varies from call to call and country to country. This activity is financed by TCA budget 2016.
