Young Citizens Assembly 2017 « Free Together » Creating, engaging, enterprising for a better living together

The last years, there were 2 events linked to the International Organization of Francophony : one « Forum de la langue française » (French language Forum) in July 2015, addressed to young project managers between 18 and 35, and the launching of the campaign « Free Together » by the International Organization of Francophony ( www.libresensemble.com ). Following these 2 events, our National Agency, in agreement with the Ministry of the Federation Wallonie Brussels and the International Organization of the Francophony, launch a Young Citizens Assembly called « Free Together » Creating, engaging, enterprising for a better living together. This activity will be held from 26 to 31/05/2017 in Tournai, Belgium, gathering 50 project managers and a team of a dozen persons. Half of the participants will come from the participants to the Forum in 2015, and the other half from Programme countries which are members of the French speaking space (Francophony : members and observers) and also the rest of the world. There will be young peoject managers from the 5 continents… The age limit was agreed between the Minsiter and the International Organization of the Francophony. So, you are between 18 and 35 ? You are a project manager, actor of change on your territory through creative or social entrepreneurship projects in favor of a better living together and in favor of the fight against discriminations ? Then, come and present your practices, discuss them, compare them, improve them and at the end, reach an eventual networking phase in order to create partnerships for international projects. Objectives • Gather project managers aged 18-35 actor of change on your territory through creative or social entrepreneurship projects • Have them to present, discuss and exchange practices in the field of creation and social entrpreneurship in favor of a better living together and in favor of the fight against discriminations • Give them councelling in order to improve these practices and their results • Allow them to network in order to create innovative international projects for a better living together Profile of participants • Be resident of a country belonging to the space of the Francophony (member state or observer) or another country but you speak French * Be able to work in French • Be 18 to 35 • Having a project corresponding to the frame of this call • Having a project with a real impact on a defined local community • Having a project with a clear sustainability • Having a real motivation to enter in some networks and creation of international cooperation Ces 2 dernières années, deux événements ont eu lieu dans l'espace de la Francophonie: le Forum Mondial de la langue Fançaise en juillet 2015, qui s'adressait à de jeunes porteurs de projets âgés de 18 à 35 ans, et le lencement de la campagne "Libres ensemble" par l'Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF). Suite à ces 2 événements, notre agence nationale, en accord avec l’OIF et la Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles, a décidé d’organiser une activité de suivi, sous la forme d’une « Agora Jeunes Citoyens LIBRES ENSEMBLE : Créer, s’engager, entreprendre pour un meilleur vivre ensemble». Cette AJC se déroulera du 26 au 31 mai 2016 et réunira une cinquantaine de participant(e)s francophones, dont une bonne partie sera composée de personnes ayant participé au Forum Mondial en 2015. Comme vous, ils/elles viendront des pays de l’OIF sur les cinq continents. Une autre partie sera composée de nouvelles personnes d’Europe, du reste du monde et de Belgique francophone. La limite d'âge a été fixée entre le Ministère de la Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles et l'OIF. Vous avez entre 18 et 35 ans ? Vous êtes porteur ou porteuse de projets, actif/active sur votre territoire en tant qu’acteur/actrice de changements, au travers de projets créatifs ou d’entreprenariat social en faveur d’un meilleur vivre ensemble et de la lutte contre les discriminations ? Alors, venez présenter vos pratiques, les discuter, les comparer, les améliorer et arriver, en fin d’activité, à une éventuelle mise en réseau permettant des collaborations internationales. Objectifs • Rassembler des porteurs de projets francophones actifs dans le domaine de la création et de l’entreprenariat social pour un meilleur vivre ensemble et en faveur de la lutte contre toute forme de discrimination • Les faire présenter, discuter et échanger leurs pratiques d’engagement au travers de leurs projets • Leur fournir encadrement et conseils pour améliorer ces pratiques et leurs résultats • Leur permettre un réseautage afin d’arriver à l’élaboration de projets novateurs à dimension internationale en vue de favoriser le vivre ensemble Profil des participants • Etre résident(e) d’un pays de la francophonie • Etre âgé(e) de 18 à 35 ans • Que votre projet et vos perspectives soient en adéquation avec cet appel • Que votre projet ait un réel impact sur une communauté locale donnée • Que ce projet soit effectivement appelé à durer dans le temps • Que vous nous montriez une réelle motivation ainsi qu’une envie de réseautage avec les autres participant(e)s En pratique • Dates : du 26 (arrivée le soir) au 31 mai 2017 (départ le matin). • Langue de travail : français • Participants : 25 participant(e)s du Forum Mondial de 2015, 25 participant(e)s extérieur(e)s (Belges et Européens), une équipe d’une dizaine de personnes dont six facilitateurs/trices et un(e) conseiller/conseillère pour dynamiser votre projet.
