The aim of training course is to train youth workers, youth leaders and project managers to apply the practical experience of designing innovative projects for young people and ways to promote the partnership opportunities through their projects.

As we live in a changing world, the young people in the world face unprecedented challenge which is the less of opportunities for getting the suitable jobs. Even though, they have innovative ideas to startup. But people around sometimes don’t support them!! So, within the PLSCA values’, the training course will implement through spreading the values of cohesion, cooperation, courage and social inclusion. As results of training course, participants are going to be able to design innovative projects that will be provided by active tools of social entrepreneurship. We have to be ready to learn how to lead the best practices and know-how of social innovation projects. This program will provide many of the necessary mechanisms to create innovative projects for young people To achieve the aim of training course, we set the following objectives: - To develop communication skills through practical experiences - To provide a space for sharing Know-How focusing on Personal and Professional skills - To increase the confidence and trust in the innovative ideas. - To increase the supportive ideas through applying the creative tools within Business Model Canvas. - To develop leadership skills for becoming the Innovative Social Entrepreneurs. - To discover the opportunities around us to fulfill youth needs. - To provide creative tools for network in the upcoming projects for youth. - To find fund sources for their projects. - To learn how to make an amazed proposal for innovative youth project. - To apply efficiency the all steps of Business Model Canvas through activities and improvisational theatre At the end of this course you will: - Leverage your business skills to increase productivity - Network with other professionals as you define and build your business - Enhance your negotiation, marketing, and financial skills - Discover how your business concept matches your personal vision - Align your business concept with a real market opportunity - Learn how to set realistic financial goals for your business - Determine the unique features and benefits of your product/service - Find your target market and discover your competitive advantage - Learn how to manage business functions and develop an organizational culture - Determine the steps to profitability - Identify potential sources of funding for your business Methodology: The training is based on practical work. There will be a final presentation with the community as a result of the work done and as an important learning opportunity for the participants. During the training the participants will contribute to realize a practical experience about the tools they are implementing. The participants will have the opportunity to work in an inter-cultural atmosphere and learn from each other. The Tools of EIA is a non-formal education based training course. Team building, experiential learning, simulations, drama tools, case studies, Street Theatre, Intercultural nights and more elements will be used in this course. At the end of this training course: - You will be well understudied what the young people need and how to fulfill it - You can execute innovative ideas into projects - You can understand what your community needs and how to fulfill it by aware the young people Accommodation The training takes place in Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav,Czech Republic and is organized in and around the group accommodation of hostel. Hosting and catering will be provided within this accommodation. is an administratively united pair of towns in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic, in the heart of the agricultural region of Polabí, about 25 km northeast from Prague. It is part of the Prague metropolitan area. It lies upon the Elbe River, Brandýs nad Labem on the left bank and Stará Boleslav on the right bank. The place is the longest-named one in the Czech Republic. Brandýs nad Labem dates its origin to the 13th century. Stará Boleslav was named by Boleslav I who built here his castle in the beginning of the 10th century. In 1960, the two adjacent towns were joined to form one town of Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav. With a population of about 15,500, it is the second largest Czech united pair of towns (Czech: dvojměstí) after Frýdek-Místek. Working language The working language of the training course will be in English. Participation fee Early Bird: The participation fee for the training is €380 (Before 15/04/2017). After 15/04/2017, the registration fee is €550 This covers accommodation, food, field visits, excursions and the Training Forum. Discounts If you are a student, you’ll get 20% discount. For youth from Gulf states, you’ll get 25% discount. Travel to and from Czech Republic is to be covered by the participant.
