INSIDE - Social Inclusion for Employability

INSIDE training course will gather participants (youth workers, leaders and volunteers) from the 10 program countries (Czechia, UK, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Macedonia(FYROM), Netherlands, Romania, Sweden, Turkey) focus on Social Inclusion for Employability
INSIDE - Social Inclusion for Employability aims to raise awareness among participants about social inclusion and promote social inclusion focusing on employability as it tries to make the concept of cultural identity and cultural diversity more accessible and useful for youth workers, leaders and volunteers who are active in the youth field.
INSIDE focus on Social Inclusion for Employability by questioning that how the role of youth plays out in the subject, how does it affect youth in particular; and what do their specific roles need to be in social inclusion for employability as it also tries to show good examples of the implementation methods that strengthen social ties between minorities and the plural society by reducing unemployment to include immigrants and minorities.
It will try to draw the connections between NGOs and youth field that works for employability and the decision making mechanism by using success stories from the experiences of some of the Country Networks that are the backbone of the Social Inclusion for Employability.

Art Volunteers youth group is a social initiative aims to do local, national and international learning-focused activities for "youth with young people". The group has gained experience in the field of youth and voluntarily shares its experiences and knowledge in order to develop the capacity of youth as it aims to implement innovative activities with young people and to contribute to youth as well as engage in social and cultural studies aimed at gaining experience that will allow them to sign international achievements and undertake more active social roles.

Costs
1 - We will reimburse travel cost after the training course via bank transfer once we collect all travel documents.
2 - All economic class tickets and public transport are eligible for reimbursement.
3 - We need official receipt for the reimbursement not electronic tickets.
4 - Tickets purchased without confirmation of the coordinator will not be reimbursed.

6 - Accommodation and food is covered by the program during the project. Participants will share room with 2 or 3 other participants with same sex.
7 - There is no participation fee
8 - Visa cost is covered.
9 - Selected participants will receive the detailed handbook of the project.
