Short and Snappy - EVS
Partnership-building Activity

Would you like to send volunteers to projects or start hosting volunteers? We would like to invite you to a 48-hour short & snappy EVS partnership building seminar where you will meet potential partners and have the possibility to create EVS projects.
The seminar will focus on teambuilding, practical information on EVS and how to get started, guide to the application form and information on youthpass. The seminar is intended for ”newbies” of EVS and will focus on creating good partnership and new projects.
When: Wednesday 21- Friday 23 June 2017
Where: Gardermoen (Oslo airport), Norway. All meals and activities will be taking place in the hotel.
Who: 25 Representatives of NGOs, public institutions or other potential host/sending organisations
The seminar starts with lunch at the hotel on Wednesday at 13:30, and finishes with lunch at 13:30 on Friday. Short and Snappy is an intensive and compressed Partnership-building that will focus on content and teambuilding, and if you would like to spend the weekend in Oslo at your own costs you are welcome to do so. All meals and activities will be at the hotel and sightseeing/visiting Oslo is not scheduled in the official programme.
Preparations:
All participants will be invited to join a Facebook group where you will provide us with a short description of your organisation/workplace. There will be an ”EVS market” during the first seminar day where you will do a visual presentation of your organisation/workplace.

Costs
This project is financed by the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme, TCA 2017. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, visa, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs or SALTO involved in this project - except a participation fee which varies from call to call and country to country. Please contact your Erasmus+: Youth in Action NA to learn more about the financial details, and how to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
