Move to go ahead

The main objectives of this one-day event are: • explore the positive effects of mobility in a broader sense (geographical, psychological and cross-border) on this target group and their social and professional integration; • exchange of good practices • build up new partnerships and networks in the Greater Region and facilitate the creation of cross-border projects (i.e. youth exchanges). Working methods: • Theoretical input on o young people with fewer opportunities o obstacles when planning cross-border mobility activities o success factors and benefits • interactive workshops (t.b.c.): o Training of the professionals o Access to information / awareness rising of the target group o Linguistic barriers and multilingualism o Group-mobility o Specific preparation and accompaniment of the target group • Possibility to network during the whole seminar Target group • Educational, pedagogical and managerial staff working with young people with fewer opportunities ; • Different sectors are targeted : youth, employment, non-formal education, social services • 80 - 100 participants Working languages: French and German (there will be simultaneous interpretation)
