Partnering Fair, Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange Youth Projects

Partnership-building Activity

1 April 2020 | Online, Belgium - FR

This partnering fair has been organised to bring together youth organisations seeking partners for Transnational Exchange Projects (TEPs) within the Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange initiative.

Youth organisation representatives such as youth workers and project managers meet online and are faciliated through a series of activities to explore possible project themes and find interested partners. 

Smaller groups of participants are then given time in break out rooms to discuss their ideas and take the first steps in forming a partnership. 

Throughout the partnering fair, experienced Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange project managers and trainers will be facilitating and supporting the particpants. 

The fair begins at 10:00 Central European Time and finishes at 12:00

After the application deadline, applicants will receive an invitation to join the session with all of the relevant information about how to prepare and connect to the session. You do not need to send emails before this. 

Prior to the session, you will be required to send your organisation's PIF to support the partnering activities.
