Nick was engaged in plenty national and international youth projects. I’ve always been a Youth Worker, but I discovered it when I met the Erasmus+ world. Since then, my life changed and so did my career: my curiosity led me, step by step, at first to lead groups, then to facilitate and train youngsters from all over the world in my daily life and in international projects. I dedicate myself to what makes me burn with passion, aiming always to grow more, to stay young and to never stop learning and being amazed by the world, youth and – more than all – myself.

I love to support people connect by creating spaces that are the starting point for meaningful conversations and which enable learning moments, where people feel safe, and are able to find their own “Aha! moments!” I work as a Learning and Capacity building specialist for Volunteer Ireland and as a youth and young adults coach and as training facilitator. In my free time I volunteer for a variety of organisations and travel as much as I can.

There’s such a good proverb. ’’If you have not given anything good to others, it means you haven’t learnt any kind of thing’’. This expression has become a slogan to move forward in my life and in any sphere of activity, whether it will be in my work place or in social activities.I started to participate in youth meetings and events, because I just liked it! Later I understood that this field became part of my life and since 2013 I conduct trainings and youth events.My moto is never giving up.
