In this project we would like to look on volunteering projects from both sides - organization and volunteer. What is those challenges organizations and volunteers are facing? How to fully engage volunteers in organization every-day life and allow them to feel sense of belonging to the organization. How to support learning process and personal growth of the volunteers? What does it mean magical touch and how to put magic in volunteering projects? Through the various activities participants will develop skills to implement and improve volunteering projects what could bring positive and magical changes for both – volunteers and organizations.
Structure of the TC: the training program will be designed as an adventure that will guide participants through stages we have identified:

The overall objective of the project "Bring the Magic in Volunteering" is to raise quality of volunteering projects and to improve the quality of work with young people, in particular by improving cooperation between youth organizations and/or other stakeholders.
Project objectives:
• Promote awareness of the quality of implementation volunteering projects in ESC program and other local & international programs and ensure the sustainability of partner organizations;
• Using NFI methods to develop participants' personal and professional competences for further work on volunteering project implementation;
• Share personal experiences about volunteering project implementation and to exchange best practices and failures in the projects.
• Generally promote the improvement of the quality of work with youth and cooperation between organizations;
