Networks for equity

Partnership-building Activity

4-9 December 2017 | Tallinn, Estonia

Networking training for inclusion of young people with health problems and disability to increase the number of projects in Erasmus + programme which include differently abled young people. We aim for trustworthy partnerships and good quality projects.
The Estonian, Icelandic and French National Agencies are organising this networking training in the framework of the NA’s Strategic Partnership on Inclusion (SPI). The networking training is aimed to create more international youth work possibilities for young people with health problems or disabilities through Erasmus + programme. There is a need for projects which include differently abled young people, meaning that there would be more organisations for whom an inclusion project is not an aim itself and diversity is a state of mind. These are the organisations we would like to find and support their way into trustworthy partnerships and good quality projects. To achieve this we will focus amongst others on the next themes during the training course: • Future of Inclusion • Possibilities in Erasmus+ • Quality inclusion project management (theory and practice) • Partnership building • Developing project ideas This activity is for youth or social workers or educators working with abovementioned target groups, and who are interested and motivated to become a part of a network and create projects together to give international opportunities to young people with health issues or disabilities. We also welcome people who already have experience in international youth work through Erasmus + and who are looking to have their projects be more open to young people with different abilities. The main obejctives of the training: • To meet partners and create network(s) to plan new Erasmus+ projects with young people with health problems and disability • To share the reality of working with young people with health problems and disability • To analyse your work in the framework of Eramus + Inclusion and diversity strategy • To get more information about Erasmus + programme and examples of inclusion projects The TC will be developed in an international team of NA's and trainers Giulia Pagoni and Umberto Dorus Geerts.
