It was Henry Ford who said, “Coming together is the beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.”
This PBA will offer the opportunity to establish an international cooperation in the field of youth activities, to increase the quantity and to improve the quality of KA1 projects.
“Together we are Stronger” is a Partnership Building Activity (PBA) that aims to create new professional relations between the participants and to offer a meeting point for newcomers to discuss and to interact between each other; to create a solid and trustable network of partners interesting in organizing KA1 projects and to improve the quality of future Erasmus + projects.
The activity is especially addressed to newcomer organizations, but it’s open also to organizations with experience that are interested in knowing new partners.
By exploring the KA1 in different dimensions, methods and resources, this PBA pretends to promote innovation and creativity in the developing of youth activities by exchanging methods, experiences, points of view and ideas.
Through the principles and practices of non formal education and in an atmosphere where participants can learn from each other, “Together we are Stronger” will open an intercultural dialogue and will give space for the acquirement of new skills and the exchange of methods and experiences within the Erasmus + world.
The PBA will approach youth workers, youth leaders, project managers and youngsters to the different realities of their areas and contribute for a social knowledge and a healthy exchanging of good practices.
Summarising, the PBA will give the opportunity to create new lines and develop new ideas on Youth Work through an inclusion process with the participants.
