ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET THROUGH SOCIAL INNOVATION IN YOUTH WORK (EMSI-YW)

The training provides concrete information on what is entrepreneurship education, how to use and promote it in youth work with young people, explore the concept of youth entrepreneurship, social enterprise and start up models.

We are loking for participants from Kosovo, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey and Romania for the Training Course, wich it will take place in Durrës, Albania, during 19-29 April 2019 and will bring together 32 participants, who will work in improving the competencies of youth workers in entrepreneurship education, to empower youth workers who work with young people with fewer opportunities and provide information and tools for entrepreneurship education. 

The training provides concrete information on what is entrepreneurship education, how to use and promote it in youth work with young people, explore the concept of youth entrepreneurship, social enterprise and start up models. The training provides opportunity for youth workers through innovative methods to think from the perspective of young people and to foster them to use entrepreneurship as response for unemployment. The training offers space to participants to exchange experiences with other participants, learn new information about the topic, learn concrete tools how to work in everyday work, on site visits, learn about EC funds and support for young people, offer space for networking and future cooperation among the participants.

Participation fee

All costs for program, accommodation, materials and activities are going to be covered from the organizer of the event.

Accommodation and food

The Training Course will be hosted at the premises of Albanian Star Hotel, in Golem-Durrës Albania. The hotel is situated 39 KM from Tirana International Airport, on the coast of the Adriatic Sea, just in front of the seaside. 

You will be accommodated with 2-3 persons in rooms. The participants will be mixed nationalities in rooms in order to get to know and learn more about each other. The rooms will be separated for males and females.

The place has all the necessary facilities for developing a qualitative project and making your stay comfortable.

Travel reimbursement

Travel costs will be reimbursed up to a max. of 275€/participant (Romania, Turkey) and 180€/person (Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo) and 20€/person (Albania) after successful participation in the TC and fulfilling dissemination activities. Please consult with us before you book the exact amount of reimbursement that are eligible to get reimbursed.

Reimbursement of travel costs will only be done upon presentation of the original tickets with boarding passes and receipt/invoices. There will be no reimbursement without these documents!

Reimbursement will be done in EUR, regardless of the currency indicated on your ticket and receipt/invoice. Please note if you bought your ticket in your local currency which might be different than EUR, we will calculate your travel costs according to the exchange rates from official European Commission web-site for the date of ticket purchase.

Following the guidelines of the Erasmus+ programme the travel back must be realized by the participants on direct way within maximum 2 days (which is counted in total). In case of longer stays or indirect travelling (holiday travel etc.) it is rather unlikely for the reimbursement of the travel costs. Missing tickets will not be reimbursed. All participants are required to inform us about the price, time of arrival and departure before booking the tickets. Participants will be asked to choose the cheapest way to travel, business class air tickets and Taxis are not covered. Taxi in general can be reimbursed when there is no other way of transport and ONLY when it was agreed with hosting organization in advance.

No responsibility is held in reimbursing travel expenses of tickets which are not priorily confirmed by the project leader. After you book the tickets, you will have to send the details of your travel in infongothy@gmail.com in order for us to arrange your travel to the hotel, where the training is going to take place.

DO NOT THROW YOUR BOARDING PASSES AND ANY OTHER TICKETS!

All boarding passes, invoices and travel documents must be kept and submitted after the project in original format and must also be emailed to the responsible officer of the host organization before the project. Travel costs which exceed the limit will be the responsibility of the participants or the sending organizations.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
