We live in a connected world digitally and physically. Relations and connections are in many cases deeper in the online sphere. Apps, programms and gadgets form part of our life, making it at the same time easier and more complex. Education can't be less and changes at a very fast speed.

With this new edition of Semifit we aim to create space for dialogue and innovation around digital tools for training, Blended and e-Learning processes under the Erasmus+ context.

Do you work with digital tools in your learning processes? Do you support online education and e-learning trainings? Are you interested in learning from other practitioners approaches to blended learning? Do you want to engage in dialogue with experienced practitioners on quality and impact in digital education? Do you have interesting methods and processes for designing learning ventures? Are you involved in research and have sound findings to test or disseminate? Is there a learning format you feel proud of and would like to share with peers? Send your application and join SemiFit on Blended Learning from 14th to 20th of October 2019 in Trento, Italy.

This seminar is designed for educational practitioners and youth workers dealing with digital tools in face to face learning processes, blended learning or online education and active in the international youth, human rights and intercultural learning field. We believe in lifelong learning, entrepreneurship and personal development of youth workers, teachers, trainers, mentors, coaches and all educational practitioners together as a group, being participants again, facilitating reflection and reaching a better understanding of their work.

Semifit aims to serve as space for educators as learning designers to exchange and develop methods/concepts and projects to have a higher impact in their non formal education and youth work.

SemiFit aims to create a space for experienced educational practitioners from different fields to exchange competences (VASK:Values, Attitude, Skills and Knowledge) and experience on the different domains of intercultural trainings.

Specific objectives to the training:

People: Bringing together educational practitioners from different fields

Space: Designing a space of co-creation and active participation

Topic: To develop and exchange competences and experiences on specific areas of training

Resources: Co-Creation of tangible resources as a result of seminars’ activities.

Follow-up: Participants will implement what they have gained (methodology, tools and connections) in their local reality.

In SemiFit, every participant is actively involved in the preparation and design of the learning space: content and flow. If you are interested in joining this project complete the form of interested until the 21st of June 2019.
