Be Brave:Express Yourself

The project is a training course that will gather together 20 young women from the Euro Med region, 4 different countries (Italy, Hungary, Egypt, Lebanon) to learn about their skills and competences for fostering and promoting women empowerment. The awareness and capacities of the participants will be enhanced in what relates to Gender Equality and Freedom of Expression. Expected result:  Awareness and capacities of 20 youth leaders in what relates to Gender Equality and Freedom of Expression are improved to support women empowerment in non-formal education  Participation of youth leaders in public actions aiming at promoting the Freedom of Expression in four countries of the Euro Med region;  Creation of tools and implementation of Community Projects in 4 different countries of the Euro Med region. Methods: • Non-formal education methods, such as learning by doing, workshops, activities, small presentation, group discussions, debates, rule plays etc. • The co-operation of EU and MEDA countries fostering the intercultural dialogue. The training course will be implemented in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon and conducted in English.
